This policy explains how Akretio SRL processes the personal data of visitors to www.kelcommerce.be and users of the KelCommerce service.
1. Controller

We send you e-mails about the service (account creation, end of trial, invoices, important changes). We do not send marketing without your consent, and we do not sell or rent your data.
3. Data of your shop’s customers
Your buyers’ data (orders, addresses, e-mails) is processed by Akretio as a processor, on your behalf and on your instructions, in accordance with article 7 of the Terms of service. For this data, you are the controller.
4. Cookies
The website www.kelcommerce.be uses no advertising cookies, no audience measurement tools and no third-party trackers. The admin only uses what is technically necessary to keep you logged in.
5. Recipients
Your data is accessible only to the people at Akretio who need it. We host the service ourselves: no technical processor has access to it. The payment providers you connect to your shop process data under your own contract with them.
Hosting location and any transfers outside the European Economic Area: Belgium (Brussels). The service’s e-mails are sent from these same servers. Hosting may move to another country of the European Economic Area without notice, but never outside it: no data is transferred outside the European Economic Area.
6. Retention
- Account and shop: for the duration of the contract, then deleted within 90 days after it ends, unless an export is requested.
- Invoices and accounting records: for the period required by Belgian accounting and tax law.
- Technical logs: 12 months at most.
7. Security
Exchanges with the website and the admin are encrypted (HTTPS). Access to data is limited to the people who need it. Card data never goes through our servers: payment takes place at your payment provider.
8. Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Write to us at support@kelcommerce.be; we answer within one month.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
