Questions about pricing
Do prices include VAT?
No. All prices shown exclude VAT; VAT is added depending on your country and status.
What happens after the 14 days?
You choose a plan to continue. Without a plan, the shop is paused: nothing is charged, and you can reactivate it by choosing a plan.
Are there hidden fees?
No: no setup fee and no commission on sales. Only your payment provider’s fees apply, and you pay those directly to them.
What if I go over 100 products on Start?
You can’t add more while you stay on Start. Existing products stay online; moving to Pro removes the limit.
Can I switch from monthly to yearly?
Yes, at any time, from the Subscription page in your admin.
Can I stop whenever I want?
Yes. The subscription ends at the end of the period already paid (the current month or year), with no extra charge.
